Founding waitlist · Weekly Money-Pain Verdicts
Should you ship this?
Evidence before you ship. Each week: exactly three Money-Pain Verdicts — GO, WATCH, or KILL — for English-market indie and 1–3 person bootstrap teams who can ship code but stall on what to build.
$19/month founding rate for the first 50. First issue ships at 25 founders.
Who it’s for
You can ship. Choosing is the stall.
English-market indie founders and 1–3 person bootstrap teams. You can ship the code. You stall on what to build.
-
Ship-ready, decision-stuck
You have the stack. You need a graded bet with an exit — not another tutorial.
-
Tiny teams, English demand
Solo or 1–3 people selling into English-speaking markets.
-
Evidence over vibes
Links, a money score, and a kill-if — not a swipe file of “hot spaces.”
What you get each week
Exactly three Money-Pain Verdict cards.
A short email. Three briefs you can act on — or throw away — before Friday.
-
01
Job
The concrete job a buyer is hiring done. Named tightly enough to test in 72 hours.
-
02
Pain grade
vent / workaround / already paying. Only the last two survive a GO.
-
03
Money score 0–100
Willingness to pay, not a TAM slide. A low score saves you a quarter.
-
04
Competitor wedge
Where incumbents are loud and still miss. If there is no wedge, the card says so.
-
05
Evidence links
Primary sources — threads, reviews, interviews. You can open them.
-
06
Verdict · GO / WATCH / KILL
One call. A KILL is the product working.
-
07
72h test + kill-if
A next action with a numeric abort. Miss it, stop.
-
08
First-10 cold-start
How to reach the first ten buyers without an audience or a launch video.

FAQ
Short answers.
When does the first issue ship?
When 25 founders are in.
What is a Money-Pain Verdict?
One card: job, pain grade, money score, competitor wedge, evidence, and a GO, WATCH, or KILL — plus a 72-hour test, a kill-if, and a first-10 path.
Why only three cards a week?
Three is enough to pick a bet and still kill two. A longer list becomes the same stall.
Is this a list of product ideas?
No. The question is “Should you ship this?” If the evidence cannot support a call, the card is a KILL.
Who is this for?
English-market indie and 1–3 person bootstrap teams who can ship code but stall on what to build.
